The Simple House is a good place to live in. The location is very close to cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, malls, and main subway line. The place has very good internet connection. It is quiet. The price is very reasonable given that everything you may need is available. I had a comfortable stay primarily because the manager, Noel, who is very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. He speaks very good English too.
