I had a great over 4-month-stay at Simplehouse. The space is renewed and clean and the room is spacious and has own AC which was really nice during hot summer days. Kitchen and laundry space also work really well, I had everything I needed for everyday life during my stay:). And the location of the place is fantastic; in the heart of Sinchon and close to the subway station!

Noel and his wife are lovely, helpful people who really care about their guests. They helped me a lot and answered my questions whether there was a problem related to the room or a question related to life in Korea.

I'm really happy I chose Simplehouse for my longer stay in Korea and I can warmly recommend the place for anyone coming to Korea:)
