I stayed at simplehouse for 2 months and had an incredibly great time. Noel cares for all your needs and will do his best to help you with any problems that come up. I plan on staying with him whenever I visit Korea! The location is also one of the best, being in an area with lots of young people and also accessible to the rest of Korea by train. Many of my friends were jealous of my location!
