I stayed in a with Simplehouse for a few months while attending university. The single room was large enough to accommodate everything I had. The location is was nice, close enough to the nearby universities, while also being surrounded by the Sinchon's many cafes and bars (I'd recommend 'The Bar'!). The owner was also quick to respond whenever I had an issue or question. The only main problem I had with the room was that the window directly faced the sun, which would blind me while I was trying to work on the desk. I'd recommend buying some black fabric or sheet to work as curtains.
